"The Kouz" burst onto the scene in his major league debut Friday night, hitting a grand slam home run on the first major league pitch ever delivered to him. In this special Tuesday edition of The B-List, Buff hits on the beginning of The Kouz Era (tm), as well as the rest of the weekend set with the Rangers and yesterdays tilt with the Jays. Buff also shows some Man Love to his boy Ferd Cabrera, and is having a hard time replacing His Favorite Player.

Minor Happenings: Brown Tabbed League MVP, Lofgren and Miller Break Records

In this weeks edition of Minor Happenings, Tony chronicles the amazing comeback of Kinston outfielder Jordan Brown (pictured), who was named league MVP this week. He also hits on the transition of Fausto Carmona back to a starter, and the development of Chuck Lofgren and Adam Miller, the Indians two prized pitching prospects. This IS the best Indians minor league column in existence.

The B-List: 8/30

Break out the brooms. The Indians streak continues, and the team has now won 16 of the last 21 games, all meaningless. But encouraging nonetheless. In todays B-List, Buff pays homage to Pronk, wonders 'bout Honny, and marvels at the fact Victor actually threw a runner out last night. Up next for the Tribe? A weekend set at Texas, with old friend Kevin Millwood on the bump Friday night.

The B-List: 8/29

What a performance from C.C. last night. I was lucky enough to be behind the dish for that gem. If you heard someone screaming "Punch him Gibbons!" every time Toronto's skipper went to the mound, that was me. In todays B-List, Buff hits on C.C.'s fine season, Wedge running Victor into the ground, and also cracks several Gustavo Chacin jokes.

The B-List: 8/28

In todays B-List, Buff looks back at last nights 6-4 win over the Jays, which was the 14th Indian win in the last 19 games. And Grady Freaking Sizemore ... good god. The kid now leads the AL in extra base hits, doubles, and runs. Buff also hits on his boy Ferd Cabrera's resurgence, Choo's cannon throwing arm, and Garko's offensive prowess.
