I counted 241. Around 150 of them is basketball mostly from the mid 80s. All the card is from the 80s-present. Some of the players are Webber, Barkley, Tim Hardaway, Randy Johnson, Sam Cassel, David Roberson, and a few former tribe members Belliard, Bonne and a few others.

I counted wrong 263 basketball cards 15 baseball cards and 7 football cards. Which equals to 285 cards. All the Football cards are people in their 2-5 years all young. Baseball Thomas with the Soxs I got Crisp, Belliard, Bonne, and R. Johnson with the Marines. All the basketball players are retired are they still play but with a different team then on the card. A few players you might recognize is Jordan, Donyell Marshall, David Roberson, Barkley, Bill Walton.

This thread got me thinking.

I actually have a very good collection of cards. I stopped really collecting around 2002. But i purchased many of my cards on ebay and had a good knowledge about sports cards. I probably got 400 sports cards that i would count as my "card collection". Meaning they are good quality cards, not junk.

I really got all sports. Surprising mostly hockey. But have football, basketball, and baseball. Rookies, game used, PSA & BCG rated cards. I mostly collected rookie cards though. All pretty much top notch players.

I know give me a little more detail goo. Go through the list of cards you have. Take pictures. Etc....

What i really want to do with my card collection is sell it and get two or three cards. I have always wanted a PSA or BCG high rated Michael Jordan rookie card. The other would be a solid tiger & LBJ rookie card.

The problem is selling card individually on ebay is sooo time consuming. Take pictures, looking up the prices, listing, shipping, its just too much. But i have always just wanted to sell my cards and use the money to purchase some special cards.

Been wanting to sell my collection for years. Just really never got the opportunity.

DAMMIT! DAMMIT to HECK!

Here I was in the market for a sports card collection of 286 cards or more.

Any chance you could count again just to make sure?

Been meaning for years to pull all of my stuff out of storage and taking a peak at it...

My wife's been bugging me for years to sell my collection (she just doesn't get it)...

Got pretty much every baseball, football & basketball set from '73 thru '89...Quit when everyone jumped into the game...

Some of my faves are the '75 mini set, '77 baseball & football, '81 (perforated) basketball & '81 Fleer "error" set (not sure why? just a novelty)...

Not even sure anymore what this stuff is worth?

I still have an enormous number of cards, especially in baseball and football. Not sure what they are worth any longer either.
"It's all about winning for me, and I think the Cavs are committed to doing that," he said. "But at the same time I've given myself options to this point, and like I said before, me and my team, we have a game plan that we're going to execute, and we'll see what we get."

Well, there are a couple of sources to use when trying to value your cards.

1. If you never, ever intend on trying to sell your cards, you should check Beckett. You'll feel really good about your valuable collection.

2. If you want to get something a little closer to market value, check out eBay.

When I was trying to figure out how much my collection was worth, this instructional video came in very handy:

BTW, is this bks...you know...THE bks?
