Chmura, we just wanted to scheme out where we could put ads down the road, and design around it.
We're removing alot of em.

Yeah, I have. Its just ... we run too many columns. Like 5 a day. One of the things I like about the new format is that it keeps columns from yesterday, or early morning still in the main viewing screen. And the most recent 10 can all be seen very close to the top of the page.
Running 5 a day, I really feel the last 10 columns are still very relevant, and should be still featured.

Swerb - Really like the new design. In your tweaks, I think you should differentiate between the separate articles more clearly. I just noticed a new change today with bigger headlines and that helps a lot. Maybe also a darker border between stories, especially if the ads stay in the middle.

I second what TheRoy said. The articles sometimes look like ads since they don't stand out. Great point.
Oh, and welcome to the boards.

Rich, no offense, but the new color scheme (on the boards) is nearly unbearable. The threads are all right, but it appears that colors are no longer alternating.
My eyes hurt. Just sayin'

I like the board color, but the in the posts it's really tough to tell where one post ends and the next begins.

As long as Swerb is just playing around and not seriously considering these colors, it is fine with me.
