Must win for the Mets with Carpenter and Suppan looming. Bats woke up last night and Weaver sucks at home and is due for a shelling. Trust the vet Glavine more than the airhead Weaver on 3 days rest.

May add a little to this play later, maybe sneak in a parlay with the over. Just hit it at -127 for now.

Every trend known to man says Mets tonight. I've been on the Mets all playoffs. I like the Cards to win tonight.

Suppan has pitched excellent in his last two game seven starts, and is throwing the ball incredibly well right now. Perez ... scares the hell outta me in this spot despite the fact hes looked better as of late. Mets pen scares me as well, and they're gonna be into it early.

Should be a great game tonight, I love game sevens.

What a baseball game last night.

Just a little bit of everything. Chavez robbing Rolen. The weak sticked Jadier Molina going yard in the top of the 9th. Then, the Mets getting guys on 1st and 2nd with no outs in the bottom before Beltran is struck out on 3 pitches by Wainwright with the bases loaded to end it.

Suppan was just superb. No hits for the Mets outta him after the 1st inning. Perez was very good for the Mets as well.

Willie Randolph - I don't blame him for going with Heilman in the 9th. Wagner has been very erratic. But pinch hitting a hobbled Cliff Floyd for the pitcher with 2 on and 0 out in the 9th? I woulda pinch hit Glavine to bunt those guys over, put the winning run in scoring position with Reyes and the top set to come up.

FINAL STATS

13-12 (+$38)

Lost last nights game to end the playoff baseball, action, but won $48 on my 2-1 prop bet on the Cards from before the WS started. Total includes final results of all of my posted prop bets and individual game plays.

Struggled early as the 1st rd went opposite of how I thought it would. I rallied late, riding the backs of the Cards from about the middle of the NLCS on.

I love the baseball playoffs.
