SPORTSTIME OHIO ANNOUNCES LIVE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYOFF PREVIEW SHOW
Network has exclusive rights to televise High School football Playoffs and Championships
CLEVELAND, OH – SportsTime Ohio today announced the network will televise a live one hour “High School Football Playoff Preview” on Sunday October 28, 2007 at 6:00pm.
SportsTime Ohio partnered with Time Warner Cable for the exclusive rights to televise eight (8) High School football playoff games and six (6) football championship games. Coverage of the playoff games will begin Friday November 2 at 11:00pm. The games will be carried same day delay on Friday and Saturday evenings in November. The Championship games will be televised live Friday November 30 and Saturday December 1, 2007.
The “High School Football Playoff Preview” will look at the various match-ups throughout the state. Mike Cairns will host along with analysis from Jim Isabella and Greg Frey. Cairns combines his vast High School sports knowledge with Isabella, “the Principal of High School Sports,” and former OSU quarterback and current High School analyst Greg Frey.
“This show is a great way to launch our high school playoff coverage on STO, with a comprehensive preview of ALL playoff qualifiers in the high school football rich state of Ohio,” said Pat Kilkenney, VP of Program Acquisition/ Executive Producer for SportsTime Ohio.
