Deep breath. Banner could not have planned this better.
Ditch TR and grab a first
Tank! Tank!
Win 2 games
Browns in it to win it!! They're not tanking!!
Hoyer hurt
Weeds plays out the string, Browns go 2-10 the rest of way
High draft pick without the unseemly "tank" stigma attached.

It's fucking beautiful
I don't need to be patient, they're going to be shit forever.

And naturally Manuel looks fine.

We need to borrow Buffalo's magic midget and have him lick Hoyer's knee.

What the hell were those two throws? Right on the money to receivers in stride? With a personal foul in the middle?

On the zero to infinity scale Weeden's pocket presence is a 2.

A nice long TD drive would be great here. Of course, we have a better chance of seeing Maxwell, the GEICO pig soaring over the stadium.

I do believe that Weeden is in negative numbers after that last sack.

Well, I was curious to see Weeden with all the weapons, and now I've seen it: Hoyer is clearly the better QB. Even with the hot fruit rollup arm.

Which means nothing since Hoyer is likely done and Weeden better have an epiphany if this team is gonna keep up with the playoff race.

I think not, and the next 4 weeks will probably see this team sink, but at least for the next 10 days I'll enjoy this.

But you're right. We're going to need a lift in the 2nd half.

A Hoyer Lift.

You know how when you're out drinking, you've just finished your 5th beer, and your friend is buying shots for everyone.

You go "Man this is going to hurt tomorrow..but for now, screw it, let's party".

That's the Browns right now. They're winning, which is probably bad in finding their true potential franchise QB. But for now, you got to live in the moment, and down the shot.

Meh, if they're gonna course correct, one win here or there isn't gonna make or break 'em.

Do you know how many suicides we'd have had in the greater Akron-Cleveland area had the Browns lost right after the Indians flamed out?

Anyone know if when Weeden walked off after the game that he looked at or touched the middle of the field? Cuz he didn't during it. Playing with an arm behind your back can't be easy. I imagine this staff and front office hate Weeden with a passion.

Enough to win though. Threw a couple great balls when he wasn't holding it for 12 seconds. You can probably go .500 with Weeds if you can get a Pick 6 and PR TD every single week.

Feel bad for Hoyer but feel worse that apparently Jordan Cameron died when Hoyer got hurt.

And my God, can we find a back off the scrap heap that can get to the corner? There's no one?? Anywhere?

Watching Weeden was agonizing. He has zero presence and I have temp laborers that move faster than he does. Suh and Fairley will rack up record fines crushing him. I cringe watching him like the flogging scenes from "The Passion of the Christ"

I still think Hoyer with a torn ACL is more mobile than Brandon Weeden. I say they still roll him out there on a walking cast.
