Cabrera can be so freaking lackadaisical sometimes. He blunders simple plays more than anyone we have. Lack of intensity.

While KC continues to get clutch hits... the Tribe hits into double plays after getting lead off hitters on.

These are six very, very big outs left to get.

Kipnis's bat speed just isn't there right now.

That was a dominant inning from CP. Hosmer pitch was low, but whatever. Good tilt to it anyway.

In all my years of watching the Tribe I've never seen a bone fide Pennant chase (ok Wildcard). Those teams of the 90's had the thing locked up in August. In '94 we were looking at a good one but then the strike happened.

There was that year that we were close but lost 6 or 7 games at the end and choked.

Hope this year is different! Go Tribe!

2000 was a fairly epic race where the Tribe just missed despite playing well down the stretch.
Bottom 4th: Cleveland
- J. Kipnis grounded out to shortstop
- A. Cabrera doubled to deep left
- N. Swisher doubled to center, A. Cabrera scored
- J. Giambi doubled to deep right center, N. Swisher to third, N. Swisher out at home
- J. Giambi caught stealing, catcher to third

1 run, 3 hits, 0 errors
