1983 Cadillac Hearse - Cleveland Browns Tailgate Edition

Unread postby tbone » Tue Aug 06, 2013 1:41 pm

Selling a 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse in AS-IS condition. Painted Cleveland Browns colors for six years of glory as a tailgate mobile. Like Browns offense, has not run since December 2011. Needs some TLC under the hood. Flat front right tire since her last voyage. Passenger side view mirror a battle scar from the tailgate lot. 94,797 miles. Rollers in back great for sliding in/out coolers, tables, speakers, caskets? Had my fun with her, now it's time for a new home. Make some quick fixes to carry on as a Brownsmobile, or could be a great restoration project!

Asking $1,500 or best offer.

Is that a DA jersey hanging in the window?

How fitting...

Ha, yep, have dead QBs in every window! DA, Couch, Garcia, Quinn and Holcomb.

LOL ... nice work TBone. You had to sell that thing after it hit Deadspin, no?

Now on 92.3 the fan?

Man...there is more coverage for selling the hearse than for the actual team.

Yeah, if only all this hype lead to an ACTUAL OFFER, ha! No joke, the ONLY offer thus far is a guy asking if I will trade, offering "guns, alpacas, and limited edition collectibles."

Gawker Media's Jalopnik site also had this great write up:

I don't see why you wouldn't take guns and alpacas for it.

I'm pretty sure alpacas are big money items.

LOL, last time I tried to sell a car people kept asking if I would take a trade. I said yeah I'll trade you for cash.
