This looks like a team that has played 34 games in 34 days.

Kluber's messed up off the shortened start. It affected Matt Moore last night as he got knocked around in Detroit.

They're drained. Emotionally, physically, mentally. Rough schedule, good teams. Had a couple bullpen meltdowns in Boston in games that they easily could have won.

They need tomorrow's off day. Basically two days off with the day game today, tomorrow off, night game Friday. Three consecutive Thursdays off.

I'm expecting a big effort this weekend in Detroit.

Team showing some fight coming back today. May not be enough, but it's really encouraging to see that they didn't roll over at 6-0.
