Hope some of these guys had some fat prostitutes sent to their rooms last night after the game.

Would be very Indians-like to get shut out for 19 straight innings and then beat David Price.

Unfortunately Price is 5-0 with a 1.64 ERA and 42Ks in 38 innings against the Tribe
Swisher has a .353AVG against him in 34 at bats.

Gonna have to hope he hits a bomb or two today.

Masterson is 1-7 against the Rays with a 7.74ERA

This could be a cricket score

1:40? What the hell is this 1:40 crap?

Oh, and Joe Maddon, get over yourself. Cody Allen needed a map, a compass, and an Indian guide to find home plate in both of his outings, yet he's able to intentionally throw at Evan Longoria? Please.

I think he did.

I think, (as Dmiles suggested on Twitter), that Allen hit Longoria as a not so subtle acknowledgement that Marson got blown up on a play at the plate.

Both aggressive, clean baseball and nothing wrong with either play IMO. Fine with it and it's over.

But yeah, I think Allen hit him on purpose and was likely fortunate with where.

I'm not so sure. That said, if Allen did hit him intentionally, I've got no problem with it. In fact, I'm happy, both because he actually hit what he was aiming for and because it sent a message.

guy batting .100 in an early season slump against Mr Cy Young should be bunting there.

Atta boy Bourn. Way to do it yourself. All for naught since Raburn K's.

Cabrera needed a ground ball to 2B there. Just for his own confidence so that he did something productive.

They really needed to get that run home. These things start to snowball.

I know it's early but while A-Cab and Kipnis are mired in their slump we need to shuffle things up at the top of the lineup for a while. Those two are killing everything good Bourn does

If Indians pitchers don't start cutting down on the free passes this offense is going to have a hard time making up the difference

Why no bunt? DP is still on now and it's Chisenhall up who ahs already grounded into 2 or maybe even 3 of them

I know it's early but Carlos definitely seems to be being more aggressive and attacking balls in the zone so far this year.

Mark Reynolds in now my new Chad Pennnington/Jay Fiedler comparison but in baseball. He May strike 500 times, but its nice to finally see a 1b/dh that can legitmtaely provide power. He looks like Babe Ruth compared to what we have been running out there.

I still think he would thrive better in the 3 hole with Swish as protection, although Reynolds is adequate protection early on

Masterson in 10IP now this year has 11K and 7BB..... that's a lot of pitches!

He's looking sharp thus far tonight though - really tight slider working - the 3BB in 4 innings isn't great, but still putting up zeros.

I'll tell you this, last year, Carlos takes that pitch trying to "work the count"..., so far this year he's attacking the first good strike he sees.

That was a pretty opposite field swing from Lonnie.

Have a day, Carlos.

Nice to see them blast David Price around the yard. Beat both Cy Young winners on this trip...yet still went just 3-3. Baseball's a tough game.

5 HRs, 17 hits, but, IMO, the biggest one was Drew Stubbs's 2-out RBI knock. They desperately needed that. That got the ball rolling and let everybody relax.

The Reynolds' HR just triggered the rout.

The hits and runs against Price were great but Masterson's day was even better.
