Got my ass handed to me by my trainer and it was weigh in day. after 12 months of getting my ass handed to me I'm as 221 lbs., down 70 lbs.! To make my day even better, I ran the course that I'll be running for the St. Malachi run next weekend. Dropped 2 minutes off of my 2 mile time. Here's some progress pics.

Good to hear. Seems more and more people are getting seriously vested in their health and training as you have, maybe one of the few good signs of the future for this country.

Me, I've virtually eliminated salt from my diet over the past 24 months, with one exception of course, and have increased my daily water, fruit & veggie intake by over 150%. No major changes aesthetically from it, but I feel better b/c of it all the time.
