Are they even wearing real pads or is The Pro Bowl now officially touch football?

I honestly didn't even realize it was on til it was over.

I also didn't know it was back in Hawaii.

Yet 12.5 million people watched it last year ;-) ;)

Then 12.25 million bitched about how bad it was.

Betcha the same thing happens this year and it''ll be pretty much made up of the exact same 12.5 million people.

If sportsbooks stopped posting a line on the game, nobody would watch.

Yep.

Heard this morning they took more money on the Probowl than on the entire NBA schedule of games yesterday.

Was far more watchable this year than previous years; at least the NFC showed up.

I say that having halphazzedly watched while doing homework and fixing an old computer, but at least it SEEMED like the defenses actually rushed a bit more and played a little bit more press coverage. Still seemed like everything was moving in slo-mo, though.

As I was watching a little of the Pro Bowl, it struck me that this is how a real NFL game might look in a few years if Goodell has his way with fines, penalties and rule changes.

Heard yesterday that the Pro Bowl had higher ratings than the World Series.

Reediculous.
