Zimmerman vs Whisenhunt

Sounds like we are down to a final two with Mike Zimmer getting his second interview on Friday.

I would not call myself anti-Whisenhunt as I don't think he would be terrible, but Ralph Brown was on the radio tonight and pointed out a pretty large red flag. Aperantly Ken is a pretty soft head coach and I don't think that works great with such a young team.

Zimmer on the other hand is more of a hard nosed require your respect kind of guy. He has taken some real wild cards and coaxed them into legit players. Seeing what he turned Geno Atkins into I would love to see what he could do with Taylor and Rubin.

Seeing the way his defense rallied around him in Cincitucky tells me all I need to know about his leadership abilities.

Surprised a defensive guy is in the running, but I really hope he has a shot and would take Zimmer in a heartbeat.
