Earl wins the top prize. 650.
Six players vie for second and third (390 and 260)
Those six will select all games this weekend. Picks are
due by 4:30 on Sautrday. If two or more remain tied
for either second or third place or both, then move
on to the next week and again select all games.

Congrats to everyone. The group as a whole finished 223-219 overall.
This includes a loss when one does not make a selection.
The best previously was 2008 when the group finished 27 games below .500.

Does this mean that in all games were a pick was actually made, the group as a whole went 223-144 for the year?

63% as a group? That is pretty god damn outstanding.

I was amazed too. I guess we have weeded out the also rans over
the years. Most seasons were closer to 2-1 losers.
All picks verified; time-stamped in this thread during the season.

Shawn and Swerb went 3-1 to advance to next week.
Both pick all games...second and third place at stake.

Shawn 3-1 Cin GB Bal Sea
Swerb 3-1 Hou GB Bal Wash
--------------------------
Coach K 2-2 Cin Min Bal Sea
C Ball 2-2 Cin GB Ind Sea
J Paul 2-2 Cin GB Ind Sea
TPC 1-3 Hou Min Ind Wash

Collectively we cooled off at 13-11. But I'm sure everyone hit with their single top choice.

Thank you sir. Nice work this year on going 12-5 yourself.

And JP, I love this pool. Thanks for keeping it running every year.
