“If we cannot have moral feelings against homosexuality, can we have it against murder? Can we have it against these other things?” Scalia asked, explaining his dissent.
Uh, let me explain this, asshole. Unprosecuted/condoned murders would utterly destroy society. Further, murder, obviously directly harms another. Neither applies to homosexuality, whether one "approves" or not.
