True.

I can't think of a memorable Joe Thomas quote in his entire career here and I don't even remember what he sounds like.

Yet it's on this topic where he goes off.

Funny.

And weird... I would have thought Peyton Hillis and Joe Thomas were birds of a feather until last season when Hillis went crazy. Never saw that truck coming til it hit me, backed up, then ran over me again.

Gonna be interesting day at the yard on Sunday if Hillis plays.

I'll put the O/U on his fumbles at 1 1/2

Odds on him either not playing (game time decision) or leaving the game with some injury are -180

Full PD article, Thomas essentially rips him a new hole. Says it effected the performance of the whole team.Which at first I questioned , but it dawned on me that its tough to win in the NFL when you don't have a RB (remember Hardesty was out most the year).

TJ and Usama, at least wrap up a leg. Don't just duck and brace yourself because if he jumps over you and gets behind the defense, I will hurl an invective in your direction.

That is hilarious. I'm sure Hillis also put on gloves when he had to take the 6 inch sunfish that he caught off of the hook all while Joe and D'Arcy Eagan shake their heads and laugh.

I miss that show with D'Arcy and JT. I foolishly thought that JT ditching the draft was a bad omen like he couldn't handle the spotlight or something, obviously wrong.

I often wonder what letters the apostrophe is eliminating in D'Arcy or if it is some old Irish name. He and Butler By'not'e- that is even more of a wtf moment.

More likely that he'd fumble the worm, then blow a hammy bending over to pick it up AMIRITE

Honestly, that stat line isn't that bad; there's 8+ defenders in the box every play because they don't have a QB that can even pretend to chuck it, and a lot of those carries are in short yardage situations where you're only going to get a yard or two.

The disappointing (for Secret Agent Hillis and fantasy owners, anyway) stat is the TD's: if you were brought in to be a force at the goal line, finding it for the first time 12 weeks into the season is :lmfao:

Expect to see the same defense the Browns ran against Baltimore: lots of men in the box to stuff the run and a lot of help over the top to the opposite side of the field that Joe was on.

This time next year when quite possibly he'll be a FA with no suitors, peyton hillis will finally take the time to sit down and reflect on every stupid move that he's made over the past two years.

After that, he'll move back to Conway, AR, where his wife will divorce him, and he'll become a dickhead local cop that thinks he's in the CIA.

I don't like Hillis, he's a buttfucking quitter. But Thomas sounds like a bitch. He needed to say that when Hillis was here.

My understanding is that all of this WAS said to Hillis while he was here. And it sent him deeper into his little bitch hole. Remember all the vets sat him down at one point?

Second Pup. They had an "intervention" with him during the season last year and several guys made similar comments to Joe's during that time period.
