I've said it before: I love Lars, but Chris is king. I've hit 50, and you've expressed my view. I had gone through years of wondering why the heck I let myself get so discouraged after a Browns loss. I left that behind- Sunday, I listened to the first quarter. I moved on. I was later surprised that although they lost, they actually kicked enough FGs to take the lead. Oh well, if they one day start winning games, I will figure out a way to get the video. Sunday is mine, and depressing hangovers wear me out. I think my decision to distance myself a little came early in the expansion era- a Browns guy was busted with drugs in a Steelers' vehicle. If I care more about the Browns than those losers do, what kind of chump does that make me?

Favorite Chris piece was the one where he warned the guy not to get the hot sauce on his fingers (would affect sensitive areas), and later he heard the scream from the bathroom- hahaaa

You can tell how irked I was after the Browns debaucle...it took me this long to read Chris's article; something I almost always do immediately.

But I can certainly understand it; having made that very tough decision myself a little over a year ago.

I'm just saying another little prayer of thanks to the Great Spaghetti Monster that the minor drugs I'm on for BP and cholesterol haven't force me to stop drinking (yet).

Living in NJ, maybe a solution will come losing your power for 5 days and having plenty of time for conversation with the wife and kids.
