I already know what the results will/should be, but I'd like to email this to Banner so he knows what the cognoscenti think.

The idea is grab a pulse of the hi-information fan so Banner knows how we feel.

But, to answer your question, get rid of Shur and the Nepotism's, but keep Heckert.
