Typical result for the O - move the ball effectively and then end the drive with something bad.

Anyone not see that play call on 3rd down coming?

Told my wife "screen to Ogbannaya" before they even snapped it.

Shurmur must have like 4 plays on that sheet.

Bumgartner is about to jump out of that space capsule. It's on Youtube, and much more interesting that the Browns.

Was Richardson hurt? Why is Hardesty getting carries?

No RB should get every carry. Not unless you want him to be trash by 2014.

Especially no reason to burn the guy out on a lost season.

Hardesty was effective enough on his 2 runs.

Ah, gotcha.

Not hurt, the coaching staff just finally figured out that it was OK to give Richardson a breather now and then.

So . . . wind-blown play sheet mean anything?

(Pssst!! The answer to that is: NO. The Bengals already know which dumb plays SHUR is going to call before he even does it.)

Lack of discipline in the Shurmur era is extremely frustrating. Every single game we commit a penalty or two that are significant in changing momentum and the context of the game from there on out, thus making us have to adjust or abandon specific game plans, that were being somewhat effective.

He needs to be fired ASAP.

Damn, nice effort by Cooper.

How sad is it that he already looks like he can offer something to this offense in his first game with limited action, yet we have a guy like Little that struggles with fundamental crap.

TRich has shown some signs of brilliance in his rookie year, but he has not shown much consistency in reading holes or dealing with busted running plays. Right now he has proven to be worth more catching passes out of the backfield.

No way that PR should have stood, running into kicker could have been called, Cribbs waved his hand a little, so it could have been ruled a fair catch...

But tough shit, we'll take any BS break we can get.

Haden is such a difference maker for us. Shame he missed those games, IMO we'd have two wins coming into today if he played all season.

Damnit!

TRich's fault for not being able to block well, not that I liked the call to be honest.

Not a bad call with Cribbs on reverse, adds a threat of a throw if there. 8 yards, I'll take it.

TRich hurt?

I understand the logic of rewarding guys that get you down to the goal line, but playing sentimental coaching right now is not needed. Give it to the guy who gives you the best chance to score.

Listening on the radio. As a Richardson fantasy owner and someone with some common sense, I am just wondering why he would not be in the game in the red zone.

Was wondering if something was wrong with Richardson, not very effective today, Hardesty has actually looked better (which means something is definitely wrong with Richardson).
