Hillis deserves his own criticisms but AT LEAST he showed some NFL legitimacy at some point. Not sure you can say that about the former.

Fuck them.
Chefs win the Lombardi in '70
Royals win a sausage in '85
Plus they don't have an NBA team that pisses away 7 years of the best player on the planet and then picks TT and Dion Waiters in consecutive drafts in the 4 hole.
Fuck them.

In the last 19 seasons the Royals have had a winning season once, at 83-79 10 years ago. They may never have another.
As for football, what's the difference between 1970 and 1964, other than the shape of the trophy?
And their basketball team moved out of town in 1985. Cleveland actually stole their best player in 1981 in the legendary Scott Wedman, who (of course) sucked when he came over here.
Are they as miserable as us? Certainly not - who is? But they are hardly spoiled, and as fans they are decent people, unlike the scum that roots for Baltimore, Pittspuke, New York, New England, Oakland, and especially Dallas. They support their teams through thick and thin, unlike, say, Cincinnasty. And they make great BBQ.
And no one can take that away from us. We are the nomadic jewish peoples of the sports world. So at least we can claim The Championship of Suck.

I didn't imply anything phuck wad.
I listed four prominent ex-Browns who had careers here end badly and are now all in one place thrilling the fans of another NFL city the way they thrilled us once.
Dipshit.

They've taken an L against Oakland AND Tennessee now... might be too early to call that dynasty dead, but it's looking real sick.

So because our team is bad we're not allowed to mock other terrible teams?

The Chiefs and their incompetence and similar situations with other teams really confuses me. I thought Scott Pioli was uber smart and the brains behind the NE Pats success. 3 rings with his BFFL Mr. Bill. Then he goes to KC where he completely shits the bed and becomes the illegitimate love child of Savage/Kokinis. Dude has just made one craptacular decision after another.
What's up with that? Who can you trust anymore? The more I watch the more I am convinced luck plays a pretty big part in the development of a successful franchise. That and not naming Todd Haley as your HC, Charlie Weiss as OC and Romeo Void as DC.
