Bobby V Out in Boston

That didn't take as long as I thought it would to acknowledge an unmitigated disaster:

I'd like that if only for the presser after his interview. If it's as big a cluster-f as his previous one, entertainment ensues.
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

That jerk was a candidate for the Indians manager job last time around. Or so he thought.

Via Twitter. Not even worth a verbal comment by management, just a follow-up press release.

Oh HELLLL no!

Not even if they gave us tens of millions free money in addition to paying his salary.

With this happening I say if the Tribe is seriously considering Sandy for the next permanent manager they had better move fast. I'm afraid the Sox might want to interview him and end up snagging him from the Tribe. Don't want the Sox buying him away, ya know. ;-) ;) OTOH, no fear of them doing that with Tito, eh?

Is there really anyone who didn't see this entire scenario coming? Really?

Anyone who saw his presser after he interviewed for the Tribe job last time around will be very fearful of the possibility of the guy ever being a candidate for the Tribe's manager's role again.

The guy openly admitted to not having a damn clue who any of the Indians were at that time..... what a great sign!

Anyway, it's another opportunity for me to tell the story of him eating on the next table to me in Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas in May 2010..... that's the end of the story!

While it won't happen I would certainly be fine if Francona was hired. Not so with Valentine.

Apparently John Henry.

When he was hired the word up here was that Larry Lucchino was instrumental in getting his friend Bobby V. hired for the job.

BTW, my hubby, a one-sport guy (OSU football - Go Buckeyes!) spotted this one as soon as they announced the hiring. I believe his comment was "What are they? Nuts?" If HE can see it's bad, it's BAD.

I just pictured Perez staggering in from the pen shit faced with chicken grase in his beard.

Who knows, it might help Ubado.
