Can't believe there's going to be a lot of front office guys around the league encouraging their minor leaguers, in whom they've invested millions of dollars and years of development for the 1 in 10 chance they'll ever become anything more than "middling" major leaguers, to "be crazy and take risks" that could jeopardize all that.
Call me crazy, but I don't see this mantra catching on.
Hilarious story. I'd love it even more if it was one of the big market teams, but I'll take what I can get.

Don't you think he is referring to the methodology of developing them, not the actual actions he suggests the players undertake?
