Haslam Making Nice?

Gents, got a letter last week from the Browns thanking me for being a season ticket holder and including $25 to spend at concession stand (not good for beer).

Then I get an email with a fan survery this morning.

Add in his visits to the cheap seats in the preseason .

I think his machine is in full speed mode behind the scenes to hit the ground running when the sale goes through.

As pessimistic I feel about the on-field team, I think this owner might be a breath of fresh air.

I agree he's going to make an effort. You've seen him, you've heard him and he's engaged. That's already light years beyond anything Randy was.

Bummer about the beer-less $25 though. You and a friend could have each enjoyed one.

or he can be making nicey nice so that when that letter comes with the increase in your season ticket cost, people would look back and say, "but he cares".

Agree w/Hiko and Larvell that it could all end in blood.

But again, from what I'm exposed to, he's visible, has a voice and is engaged.

Nothing else to go on and until there is then those things are a nice departure from disinterested and disengaged.

Very soon Haslam can be judged on what effect he actually has on the product itself.
