I'm the last guy that says "the coach needs to go" and I generally find people that say it annoying, but Shurmer needs to go. He's in way over is head with play design and play calling. He has no idea how to manage key situations and gets out coached every game. The weird thing is, it's not even his fault. He was never qualified to be a head coach in the first place. Holmgren screwed us on that one. He's all but anyway though.
