Just considering the amount of training and the selection process to be considered for the space program is enough to earn my respect. And thinking about the technology they had then, those guys had the stones to sit on an unguided missle and do what they did. The launch, the landing, the second launch, reconnecting with the lunar orbiter, then the re-entry...
