Ideas for sponsors to help me fund the prizes for these games?

I want, at the minimum, $100 cash and $50 gift cert to Ohio Connect for each game ... I'l go outta pocket if I have to.

I have an suggestion.

You should have required number of games that should be picked to be in the standing or to win the pick em game. What stops someone from going 5-1 on one night and never playing again and winning the pick em game?

Goo, without a doubt I am going to institute minimum games picked rules for the NFL and NCAA football games. Something like 80% (in case you accidentally miss a week), but you must pick all games the final 3-4 weeks.

Same for the MLB Playoffs contest.

In response to the person that changed their name to "Sitting on a 3-0 record is gay" ... we're going to tweak the standings where they do not show people that have picked less than x games.

You will still be able to view the full standings, but they won't be the default showing.

Just wondering, but are you in the process of fixing the "total standings w/ min. game requirements" for the total standings (overall)? It seems to work for every other game (MLB, NCAA, etc) but not for the cumulative standings. You know, 'cause I want to bask in my glory as the #1 picker. Chump change.

Cashman, we're working on it. I didn't want to make the "min games" threshold 75% of all games total because I felt few people would hit it. Especially with 150 reg season MLB games booked already.
