Does it look like the Indians' hitters are finding their swings just in time to go into the All Star Break?

Why can't we try Donald in LF? Shit man...he played CF in Columbus. He's not gonna Valbuena himself.

Heard we are in on Chase Headley. Was like ??? then looked him up and he's played 162 games in LF. He's under contract control for the next 3 years and is only 28.

His OPS+ this year and last is 122.

My money is C. Perez packs his bags in a week or so.

He's a loudmouth, but he's productive. More importantly he thinks and acts like a closer. If they move him they better get a king's ransom in return.

They need to make Santana a right handed hitter. Swing is so much better from that side.

A huge at-bat by Pronk in each of his first two games back. The 12-pitch walk yesterday to break down Santana and the HR tonight off a 97 mph (I checked the gun on the replay) fastball off a lefty. Wow.

Damon has no chance except for an infield hit or a bloop. He's embarassing himself. He should be bunting for base hits and trying to get plunked. Just don't swing the bat.

I'd be more excited about Tomlin's performance except that the Rays are 10th in scoring and they've got an 0-for-38 guy hitting 5th. I don't want to jinx us but Masterson and Ubaldo should dominate these guys.

Good to see Santana get a base hit and hit two more balls to the warning track. Maybe he's starting to come out of it.

He did a masterful job of popping straight up on a 2-0 count as well. Guy has such a huge hole in his swing right now it's not even funny. Maybe he'll get on a hot streak and get that avg up to .235 by the end of the season. He's becoming the 2nd coming of Gary Alexander rather than Victor Martinez in a lineup that needs some pop.

Funny how yoy praise Santana for two fly outs that went to the WT but won't give Tomlin much credit for pitching 7 innings and giving up 2 hits
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB
