No offense to Hiko, but I think these kinds of comps/questions are why some think he's suffered from a few concussions of his own.

IMhO he's precisely the profile of player who is the final missing ingredient to a potentially King-Hell offense. WR, house-you-speed, versitile for matchups, great vertical fit for Weeden's arm.
I'd offer a 2013 # 2 and # 4 OR consider a 2014 1st if he agrees to a long-term deal.

Even if he was leaving, he's not going to Cleveland. NO ONE is going to Cleveland until they stockpile some young talent and show you that they are definitively on the way up. (And have a good QB)
