Everybody play fair now. No stealing signs or whatever. They been doing it for 100 years now. C'mon we're better than that

Wow, they are in fact putting Chiz at DH.
Tomlin needs heavy air, or a stiff wind in from center, or something similar.
Leake wants to suck, but hitters need to be patient for it.

From Jordan Bastian's twitter
Upon hearing Latos accused Tribe of stealing signs, a CLE hitter said: "Tell him you don't have to steal signs when you're tipping pitches."

Never understood why stealing signs is so taboo anyway, if it's all done on the field.
Also, Latos' pet pitch wasn't 'front dooring' the lefty hitters off the plate like it was in Cincinnati, either.
Yeah, there could be some bad blood brewin. Especially if the Indians can manage to take control of this game. A big if though, admittedly.

I can't wait for Brandon Phillips to have a fastball buzz near his thick skull. Benches might clear. Derek Lowe vs Dusty Baker= Pedro Martinez vs Don Zimmer

Looks like Duncan is playing LF in place of Damon.

Why, exactly, can't we hit Mike Leake?

Esmil Rogers entering with the bases loaded.
Something about that sentence terrifies me.

98 mph or not, that 1-1 pitch was on a tee.
So was the 1-2 pitch.

Kids got a good arm if he could ever consistently figure out where it's going.

Esmil Rogers reminds me of Fernando Cabrera. Live arm, minus command, predominantly two pitches.

Fantastic play all around there. Not sure I like Smitty's decision making, but it worked out.
Good call by the 3B ump to not take the play for granted.
