CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Horseshoe Casino Cleveland has banned sagging pants and loitering as part of a code of conduct for customers.

Sort of disappointed that someone hasn't called Gilbert a racist yet and then tied it back to LeBron or Tristan Thompson in some manner.
