CF Span
RF Revere
DH Mauer

SS Dozier
2B Casilla
3B Carroll
SP Pavano
RF Choo
2B Kipnis
SS Cabrera

The depressing thing about those lineups is the fact that the Twins lineup might actually look more potent than the Tribe's!!

I'm a little surprised we didn't see Diaz sent down before todays game and LaPorta called up now that Haf is out.
Although, I think Santana is due back tomorrow (health permitting)..... maybe they'll send Diaz down then and keep Carlin around for a while - it's allow them to DH Carlos for a while to get him back into the swing of things.

1-3 is aight. The rest of the lineup is a as bad as bad can get.
It's like a Sasquatch fart in a phone booth.

Gotta love Carlos Baerga..... just a great personality.
Chiz with a wild throw..... kids got good hands and a really strong arm, his errors seem to always come from just inaccurate throws though.

I agree, Carlos is great in the booth. He really knows the game, and he's a great ambassador for the sport.

Statistical anomaly of the year..... Kipnis has more than twice as many HR (9) as doubles (4).

He's such a blah buzzkill after Carlos. Like interviewing drywall.

I bet D-Lowe wishes he could face the Twins every time out.... that's 15 scoreless against them in the two starts so far.

Of course it's only one game, but it would be such a huge factor if Chisenhall can produce sooner rather than later.

Manahan is coming back.

Just a thought...what if Chisenhall breaks in this year at first when Hannahan comes back. We keep his bat in the lineup (assuming he keeps hitting...a big if), he can just focus on hitting and not worry about his throwing, Hannahan's glove and veteran presence stay at third, etc. Then Lonnie can just move to third full time later on when Jack has outlived his usefulness. Like I said, just a thought.

Hannahan is going to be the 1B/3B utility guy as well as late inning defensive replacement when he comes back. Maybe the backup/emergency SS too. He's got a glass jaw and he's an injury waiting to happen with his back and legs.

Oh yeah... don't look now but Damon is starting to square up pitches. Which makes sense given he missed spring training and has used the last month as that.

Out in New York, Johan Santana has a no-no going through 8!

Manahan is coming back.
When Jose F. Lopez is your starting DH and cleanup hitter, I think there's going to be a spot somewhere in your lineup for Chisenahll.
