Colorado, Denver and Boulder shit upon Boston. The only people who prefer Boston are afraid of nature and good beer.

You know, I could drop probably about 20 pounds, but I'm not sure I'm what you'd really call "fat" in the Mike Gundy sense. I've been in better shape, but I'm not like spouting a massive boiler or anything. My neck is too big though.

Wierd this thread has been crickets with new, factual information coming out must only be interesting when it can spark race riots.

http://abcnews.go.com/US/cops-witnesses ... 7Z1-FLarYV

Two police officers reported that when they arrived at the scene of the shooting, Zimmerman seemed to have a battered nose and bloodied face. One wrote that his "facial area was bloodied," and the back of his clothing was soiled with wet grass.

"Zimmerman was also bleeding from the nose and the back of his head," Officer Ricardo Ayala wrote.

Another officer wrote, "I saw that Zimmerman's face was bloodied and it appeared to me that his nose was broken."

Witnesses, whose names were redacted from the report, also lent support to Zimmerman's version of what happened.

"He witnesses a black male, wearing a dark colored 'hoodie' on top of a white or Hispanic male and throwing punches 'MMA (mixed martial arts) style,'" the police report of the witness said. "He then heard a pop. He stated that after hearing the pop, he observed the person he had previously observed on top of the other person (the male wearing the hoodie) laid out on the grass."

A second witness described a person on the ground with another straddling him and throwing punches. The man on the bottom was yelling for help, the witness told police.

Not as dramatic when a "Multi-Racial Hispanic" shoots a black kid who is kicking his ass. Far more salacious when a White man shoots a cute little black kid who is just wearing his Abercrombie Hoodie on the way back from the 7-11 where he picked up his little sister some Tea and Skittles.

There is no way this guy is convicted, should have lynched him before we had the facts!!! Damn it.

I'd bet he is convicted. He escalated the situation by getting out the car, if he stays put, Trayvon Martin is still alive. Dude thought we Batman and got his ass whooped. I'd do the same thing if some creep was following me. And I bet you would too.

The report, dated March 13, came nearly a month before a special prosecutor brought second-degree-murder charges against Zimmerman, 28, in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon. He has pleaded not guilty and said he acted in self-defense.

"The encounter between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin was ultimately avoidable by Zimmerman, if Zimmerman had remained in his vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement, or conversely, if he had identified himself to Martin as a concerned citizen and initiated dialog in an effort to dispel each party's concern," the report says. "There is no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity at the time of the encounter."

Plus Trayvon had dope in his system and if they can prove he was stoned, then he has a viable defense for not being the aggressor.

Still shouldn't have followed, but he is being charged for 2nd degree murder, not disobeying police orders. Besides if you read the story posted before the last time Zimmerman waited for the police the thieves got away by the time the police got there. Trayvon Martin wasn't a thief, but if you put the two situations together it is very easy to figure out why he followed.

Would you have sat in your car like a nice citizen as was instructed by the police? Somehow I doubt it.

The weed stuff is stupid, although I still haven't heard people claiming that because he had drugs in his system he was at fault like this liberal talker on the radio this morning proclaimed.

First off, thieves getting away is not Zimmerman's concern, that's a police issue. He's not Batman, thieves getting away isn't worth him risking his life for.

I'm not a noesy cunt that get's freaked because I see a black kid in a hoodie. I don't call the cops 3 times a week because...... i'm not a cunt. I mind my own business. If I did see something I would listen to what the damn dispatcher said. I don't want to be caught in the middle when the cops do show up.

Well if you had a gun and I didn't, I would simply take yours, stick it up ass, and pull the trigger till it goes *click*.

Plus Trayvon might have not even been aware he had a pistol.

A fucking Kel Tec too. I guess he was just hoi poli for the Hi Point.

I don't start shit, DU. Just about every damn fight i've been in is because of some drunk meathead. The victim of seeing 1 too many John Wayne movies. They get beer balls and figure they're gonna tee off on the biggest guy they can find. I've been hit with fists, beer bottles, ash trays, and a pool cue...... which was the worst. I still have the scar on the back of my head..... which is why I dread going bald.

Again, he's not the police. Stay in your car and let the cops handle it.

They told him to stay put, he didn't.

There's home and garage break-ins here. But i'm not about to go running after them with a pistol. Because I don't need that kind of hassle. If I see a crime, I call the police and tell them what I saw. After that, it's up to Smokey.

Here I did YOUR work for you.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2 ... e-911.html

46 times since 2004. 46! Christ, that's like an old woman or something.

Here's some examples of Batman's keen detective skills.

In November 2006, according to the log, Zimmerman placed a non-911 call to report a late model red Toyota pickup “driving around the neighborhood” and the apartment complex for several minutes.

In June 2009, he called to report that people were misbehaving in the community-pool area, jumping over the fence and trashing the bathroom.

n October 2010, he called to report a woman in a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee who appeared to be yelling at elderly passengers.

But starting in 2011, Zimmerman’s calls increasingly focused on what he considered “suspicious” characters walking around the neighborhood—almost all of whom were young black males.

On April 22, 2011, Zimmerman called to report a black male about “7-9” years old, four feet tall, with a “skinny build” and short black hair. There is no indication in the police report of the reason for Zimmerman’s suspicion of the boy.

On Aug. 3 of last year, Zimmerman reported a black male who he believed was “involved in recent” burglaries in the neighborhood.

And on Oct. 1 he reported two black male suspects “20-30” years old, in a white Chevrolet Impala. He told police he did “not recognize” the men or their vehicle and that he was concerned because of the recent burglaries.
