My name is Parker and I have been reading this forum for sometime now. I guess you would consider me a long time reader, first time poster. I enjoy the playful discussion that occurs here, but I also enjoy that this board can have a serious baseball discussion from time to time as well. I can not wait to be a part of it.

I am a writer myself, and blog for Akron Sports Now. I mainly cover the Akron Aeros. I will try to keep my writing out of our discussions, but will have a link in my sig if anyone is interested in keeping up with them. I hope that this is OK, and I don't think I am the only one who does this.

2. Peeker is all high and mighty now that he has figured out how to use his moderator tools after 4 years of moderating. Just to give you some background, his Indian name is Doesntknowaneaglefromanowlwhilethewheelsonhisbusgoroundandround. You can see why we shortened to Peeker I am sure.

These guys here don't know eagles from assholes despite being the latter. Most don't know baseballs from frisbees other than realizing they can throw neither.

What are your thoughts on extrapolations indicating Shelley Duncan, based on a few ABs against September call-ups, is likely a 40HR, 145 OPS+ guy. I put that out there because I'm a huge Duncan fan and believe he's simply been overlooked for the first 12 years of his career and that he's finally coming into his own.
