Mo Rivera

Nasty looking injury and too bad. Not for the Yankees but for a guy who deserves to go out in a way other than on the back of a cart. I hate the effing Yankees but have a load of respect for Rivera.

Couldn't have happened to a batter guy, much respect to Rivera, shame that it had to end like this. That being said...

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A KEY YANKEE AND A KEY RAVEN GO DOWN ON THE SAME DAY?!

And its not even my birthday.

I really like Jeter and Rivera. And CC too for that matter. You can hate the team and what it stands for and still respect and like the players.

We had a discussion about Pudge a few weeks ago and first ballot HOF. Besides Pudge; Mo, Jeter and Ichiro are all surely locks for the honor. It's too bad if this is in fact the end of Mo.

The media coverage of this torn ACL is akin to a death.

Mariano Rivera, Terrell Suggs and Derrick Rose...
