Good looking swing from Damon following a phenomenal play by Asdrubal.

Another good looking swing, this time from AC.
Pour it on, boys. They need some offensive confidence to go toe-to-toe with the Rangers this weekend.

My dad works with insurance lawyers and he said everyone calls them Elf and Elf. They talk big game but settle before anything goes to court. I find it hard to believe that they are brothers. They look like a creepy father and son combo.

Of course they settle, they'd repulse the jury.

That's really bad managing on Acta. First 3 guys in 5th swing on first pitch. Justin goes out and gives up 2 runs. First 3 guys in 6th swing on first pitch...Justin struggles. Guy has been on the mound without a break for damn near 45 minutes now.
Somebody take a fucking pitch!

I'd have much rather seen Hagadone here. Give the kid a chance to prove himself in a high leverage spot. We know what Sipp's capable of. Let Hagadone earn his stripes. Dunn's not the tying run.

Is Acta trying to lose the game? WTH with Wheeler in for the 9th? Gotta cross the fingers (and toes)...

Going to Wheeler was a moronic move. Go to Hagadone, end the game, get on the plane and come home.

No can do. Hagadone was brought up to keep the bench warm. He's doing his job.

I'm not pleased with our skipper tonight. We should have stepped on this team, instead we've let them crawl back. Those AB's in the 5th an 6th were just terrible for a team that hangs it's offensive hat on patience.

What was RIOS issue?
I met my Spergon Wynn's mom once in a bar in Houston. It was a little awkward.

MLB talking about it now. Perez thought the AJ strikeout was the third out and began to celebrate. Rios said something to him like "it's a three out league".

Wheeler hasn't given up more than 4 runs in an inning since 2004. If the guy can't protect a 4-run lead, cut him.

Kipnis now 18-41 over the last 11 games. After a slow start to the season, his average has now gone up 125 points, from .167 to .292.
