The Bulls won't be the only ones 'resting'. Gee, Thompson, and Jamison all played less than a half last night, Irving didn't even make it a whole quarter before getting a permanent seat on the bench. I got a loge seat to watching the Luke Walton, Donald Sloan, & DJ Kennedy Show. Fan Appreciation Night was faaaaaaaaaaaan-tastic.

plincoln wrote:So the Cavs and Hornets split ping pong balls, and a coin flip determines which one picks first if neither gets a top-three pick. Given the Wikipedia page referenced earlier - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NBA_Draft_Lottery - we can figure out the odds that the Cavs end up at any given draft slot:
1st: 13.75%
2nd: 14.15%
3rd: 14.45%
4th: 16.25%
5th: 30.8%
6th: 10.0%
7th: 0.6%
The 5th slot is the single most likely, but there's still better than a 42% chance of landing in the top 3 (and almost 59% in the top 4). So don't count on the Unibrow, but we're looking at a very high pick in a deep draft....

They actually won 2 coin flips. Once with NO so that now the lowest the Cavs can drop is 6th (instead of 7th) and they also won for the Lakers pick which is now 24 instead of 25.
