Had a chance for a big inning.... I guess we'll settle for the one run though.

Hopefully Jeanmar can show what we've seen so far this year for more than two innings tonight.

Love Duncan, but dude's completely lost against RHP.

Looks like a Damon-Duncan platoon in a couple weeks.

I don't like the Oakland Coliseum at all. Too bad we play them there again in August

Gotta love that expansive foul territory at the Coliseum if you're a pitcher.

Jeanmar had to labour through the 1st.... although not a very generous strike zone.

Fundamentals, JD. 3B has to field that bunt. Absolutely has to.

Kotchman is utterly useless on offense.

That would have been the most bizarre DP ever

Jeanmar getting into a bit of a groove.... at 72 pitches through 4 he won't be around much longer though.

Could do with tacking on a couple more runs now.

Duncan's gonna see a bunch of time at 1B. And we'll see Carlos there soon too. Crotchman is an automatic out. I could care less about his Defense, which hasn't been that good anyway.

They didn't sign Kotchman for 3M to sit the bench and then be a defensive replacement.

If Duncan was ever going to see "a bunch of time at 1B", they wouldn't have signed Kotchman and they'd have ponied up more money and more years for Willingham to play LF.

Wow...... that's a quick hook from Manny for Gomez.

88 pitches and been cruising.... and you bring in Dan Wheeler?!

Not liking this move.

Gomez had thrown 4 innings since Spring Training. Gotta be careful with his arm early on.

Think it was a bit of a litmus test for Wheeler with how much Pestano and Smith have been used.

I think we know the results.

JJ Redick with a nice LOL moment on that fly ball.

Jonny Gomes with another LOL moment. Way to stay on the baseball, Choo.

Hopefully we don't have to use CP tonight.
