I'd trade with the Rams and take the scrap of the top 6 with no problem. However I feel like the Rams are content in doing the same and won't be moving up. I wouldn't trade back farther than 6 unless we got a sweet deal. We still need an impact player with this 4th pick.
In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

Only if we could still get Richardson with Miami's pick, otherwise we need to stop doing this every year and start getting some star players, we should have taken Julio Jones last year and we'd have a little more flexibility now. Phil Taylor wasn't, and isn't going to be a game changer.

That'd be a REALLY long post.

But Luck, RG3 and either Kalil, Blackmon or Claibourne will be off according to sundry reports.

I hope they will trade down a few spots to 6. I think TR or Blackmon will be there. take either and then work the draft to fill the most crying needs with good prospects. With any luck at all, next year gets the QB if Weedon doesn't look like the guy and if he is hopefully a killer DE is there. Then I hope we never have to se so need driven again.

Who are the Rams taking at 4, though? If Blackmon, then TB takes Richardson and we be fucked. :hide:

I think we need Richardson or Blackmon to inject some life into the offense.
If we can trade down to 6 and be assured one of those will be their, I am in.
If I am not sure, I ain't budging.

Don't you think the Rams want Blackmon?

I voted SHOULDNT and WONT.
I am tired of annually trading down and not getting elite players.
I mean Claiborne would be a great add, but I don't know how much longer I can watch this inept offense. Need some help there, please.

I'd be more than fine trading down to, say, 8 or 9 and getting Floyd (who's probably very close to as good as Blackmon) then picking up a RT and a RB with 2 of those 3 picks we have left (22, 37 and the 41 or 42 that we picked up from the trade down).

It's really a best case scenario, however unlikely.
It's only progress if you eventually get somewhere.

If we take Tannehill at 4 I will borrow that gun.
We can certainly trade down to 6 or 7 and get Tannehill.

I guess, to Hiko's point, Floyd would be OK too, though I question his ability to separate. So, add him to my list. W/o any of those three, we be fucked, yes.

There's a really big puddle of sarcasm under this post.

I approve.

The rumor is...the Jets are trying to work a trade with the f-ing Vikings for Richardson.

If this occurs..a number of things:

1.) F-Heckert and Holmgren

2.) TRADE. DOWN.

The confusing part was asking two questions in one poll.

1) Should they trade down Y/N?

2) Will they trade down Y/N?

Aside from that, the crayola crayon option of presentation wasn't available.

So we end up with Blackmon? The top rated player at a skill position that is in vogue and that the Browns are in desperate need of? Or Claiborn the top rated player at another position that is considered important and that the Browns have need? That is bad why, exactly?

The Skins traded 3 #1s and a high #2 to go from #6 to #2.

Exactly what would Minny be asking to allow the Jets to go from #16 to #3?

I'm thinking the entire Jets 2012 draft, Revis, and their 2013 first rounder would be around the starting point.

Probably a little less than that since they won't be moving up for a franchise QB. So no Revis.

SD:

I think the Browns should quit holding back and play their ace , and trade Colt for
Indy's #1 pick straight up , .

That powerful third year vet has got to be better than either of those two rookie QB 's everybody is talking about , so I really should insist Indy adds a draft pick plus that number one for Colt , but I don't want to work them .
