How bizarre is it that while Bo Ryan restricts his players by banning entire conferences (ACC) from consideration, his football counterpart Bielema is exploiting an obscure NCAA transfer regulation to essentially go free agency shopping for experienced college quarterbacks when his failure to recruit high school players threatens to hurt his program.
