Humor me guys, by checking out an interesting family story. I make a point not to promote my (mostly dormant) blog over here, but that was where it made sense to tell this story...prompted by my cleaning out a closet containing some of my dad's (d.1998) memorabilia, and revisiting an article from The Cleveland News of June 26, 1912.

I always like digging through my great grandparents' stuff, you never know what you might learn about your family history.
