The Broncos can waive it. The contract calls for the repayment of pro-rata share of bonuses and other moneyz already paid by the Broncos. It's not Tebow's contract forcing the issue it hand.

The Broncos traded him and then told the Jets, oh by the way, we worded Tebow's contract in a manor that we want money back for him!!!!

Anyhooo, I thought the fair and balanced crowd are willing to admit that Holmgren is not beyond criticism? So I choose to point out that the guy makes bad decisions. As do all dudes in his position from time to time. Big Mike seems to make more than his fair share, though. Asking Bob Lomonte for advice on who to hire for coaching openings might have something to do with this trend. Anyway, the LoMonte clique is a symptom of the overall problem, not the cause.
