I'm honestly getting kind of annoyed by Blake. 3-4 times a game he muffs what should have been an easy roll in because he just has to go for the highlight level dunk and he gets caught waiting for lobs another five times a game.

Guys great and an incredible talent, he just needs to get off the highlight reel kick.

And I didn't click that video, but there is no possible way it's not what I think it is.

You know what I see? I see a guy that I really respected getting bit bigger and bloated in terms of NBA arrogance and attitude. Loved it more when he'd do what he does and head back down court.

I'm pretty sure TWoA made the post dunk theatrics what it is today for the most part. Jordan did it to his opponents occasionally strictly to taunt them, which I think is fine.
LeBron's doing it to get a rise out of the fans, which is stupid; let your play do that. He's done all but make it a registered patent IMO. DWade is also certainly guilty of it as are numerous others in the league that are suffering from an inflated ego. At least Blake only really does it when dunking over someone (some players called him out on it a few weeks ago), unlike the aforementioned that will showboat after a fast-break dunk.

Shits incredibly annoying though, makes me want to puke and/or punch something.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- There appears to be no end in sight for Greg Oden and his troublesome knees.

The Portland Trail Blazers said Monday that a procedure to clear debris out of Oden's left knee resulted in another microfracture surgery. Oden had the surgery in Vail, Colo. Although it was originally expected to be an arthroscopic procedure to clean out the 7-footer's knee, the surgeon determined there was additional damage.

The former No.1 pick in the 2007 NBA draft has now had two microfracture surgeries on his left knee, and one on his right. He has also undergone surgery for a fractured left kneecap.

It is sad none the less. He always seemed like a big goofy kid.

I remember an interview he did at tOSU where he said that if he wasn't a basketball player he would have wanted to be a dentist. Could you imaginensome dude with foot long fingers trying to fix your back tooth?
