you mean to tell me that people would be more interested in reading about the awards for a 4-12 browns team, a disgraced coach who assumed room temperature 4.5 days ago, a fraud of a pitcher who bilked the indians out of $14 million under an assumed name and some obscure hockey player on a minor league hockey team from back in the 70's???
something's not right in denmark!!!

Ha! I don't write 'em. Thank God. That'd mean I had to watch 'em. Not happening if there's anything else I can be doing.
I think Demetri has the honors tonight but I'll be looking for it to make sure Dave ain't disappointed.

motherscratcher wrote:Wow Dave. You do realize that most, if not all, of the TCF writers have, you know, jobs and stuff. I wrote for a while, and I'd like to do it again (just finding it hard to get it kicked back into gear), but it was fucking hard. Last year I filled in with some other guys doing what we could for Cavs recaps, but more than once I had to email Peek in a panic because I wasn't going to get home from work in time to watch the game. Again. It's hard.
You may have noticed that TCF has added some great new writers, and content here seems to be at an all time high. I try to read everything and find it difficult to keep up sometimes. The stuff here is great, and it's by far the best content of any Cleveland Sports website.
So, before you come here and start a thread with the purpose of dropping a giant deuce on the best site in Cleveland, you might want to consider the hard work that the guys put in here DAILY.
To paraphrase Col. Jessup :Swerb have neither the time nor the inclination to explain himself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very website that he provides, and then questions the manner in which he provide it! I would rather you just said "Thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you start up a website, and write a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

You and e0y2e3 should do a buddy comedy.
Call it "Dick and Dick's Hilarious Internet Adventures"
FUDU get a cameo and motherscratcher is the dopey, nerdy dentist guy, Like in the Hangover.
I should be played by Clive Owen.

The only actor capable of playing you is Jim Rash. Don't you forget it either.

Mainly because I have no clue whatsoever whether he actually thinks that's the quote from Hamlet, or is butchering it on purpose to be ironic. We may never know. But somethin ain't right in Holland, and that's the bottom line here.

this game was against miami!!! hello???
i just thought with the magnitude of the game coming against the faux king, the choden one, the prince of thieves, aka lequit shames, who stabbed cavs fans in the back in front of a nationwide tv audience and took his talents to souff beach to play for the miami cheat, that there would have been some sort of a recap the next day. after all, there are recaps every day after average, every-day indians games as well as multiple recaps on sunday evenings and monday mornings following browns games all the time and there have already been a number of recaps of cavs games this year that were put on the site the very next day, so why shouldn't i expect to see a recap of this game???
i meant no disrespect towards the site or any of the writers on the site at all. i love this site. it's where i go for all my cleveland sports reading. it just goes to show you exactly how far the cavs have fallen in their pecking order of importance on this site when they can't even get a simple recap article the day after they play against their former "saviour" and actually play him pretty tough. that was the only point i was trying to make. if i offended anyone, i'm truly sorry. that wasn't my intention at all.

We know. I think most of us were just breaking balls. Except for Peek who really is just a miserable prick.
Seriously though, why don't you ever use capital letters?
