Vinnie Pestano Interview

Unread postby peeker643 » Sat Jan 21, 2012 10:19 am

Awesome job Adam. Seriously excellent, professional-grade interview. (and, no, I'm not pimping every story on TCF's front page from here on out, but this was another one that was just terrific IMO)

Loved the technical elements of Vinnie's job and the questions related to that and loved the fact that you let dude's personality out of the box throughout the entire thing.

Great View from the Porch to kick this season off.

I'll put a clickable link in here since Peeker's doesn't seem to be working.

Loved Pestano's answers. He showed his personality, both on and off the field, and was a no-BS guy with his responses. I tried to touch on a little bit of everything because I think there are times where fans want to learn more about the guy behind the name, without getting too personal.

Trying to get a few of the other Indians to agree to do an interview with me. I think this Pestano one will go a long way in getting a couple of them on board.

Slipknot
Killswitch Engage
Luke Bryan
Avicci
Deadmau5

(and yes, I know what YouTube is)

This is Slipknot:

Killswitch Engage is a little more reserved.

Luke Bryan is a country singer.

I've heard of Deadmau5, never listened to them or Avicci.

Gat interview. Great guy. Let's hope Pesto Sauce makes a career out what we saw last year.

This is an interesting approach.

I wonder what his response to the same question would be in 10 years?

Given the average length of a major league career, it will probably revolve around how much he enjoyed his time in the major leagues.
