Details?

I'm done running leagues. If I was gonna chase down people for money I'd do it on A&E for huge cash and ratings.

I might be interested in something where all I have to do is play ;-) ;)

Details can be changed with what people want. It's only $20 because even with 20 it's hard enough to get people to commit (when you're dealing with mostly college kids).

Right now the plan is to have it as close to the basic Yahoo! settings. It'll be a live draft which will be determined at least a few weeks in advance so there aren't any people having to draft at work.

Payouts will be pretty standard. We'll either do two or three payout places, to be determined.

I'd like everyone to have paid by the first week of the season or so. Paypal, check or cash (if we live close to each other, I'm in Kent) are fine.

This isn't some league with weird rules or demands or anything. Just some buddies cramming over SB projections every Sunday night.

Will it be a rotisserie style league or head to head?

How exactly does head to head work in fantasy baseball , I have only ever done rotisserie leagues? do you play a new guy every day , or is it like a week to week thing?

Week to week. Win the category, get a point.

Like Adam said, new opponent each week and maybe you have ten categories that you use (AVG, HRs, SBs, RBI, OPS, Wins, Saves, ERA, Whip, K's )

Your record for the week is how many categories you win vs. those you lost.

I'm probably in. I'm choosing between this league and a different one, but leaning this one.

I was in this one a few years a go. Came in last by an enormous margin. It was a lot of fun.

It'll be a good time. Everyone will have my email because there's nothing worse than needing a question answered and not being able to reach someone.

And if we decide to change anything, it'll be posted on Yahoo! and people can vote or whatever. Nothing too serious.

Good deal Gov.

I nabbed an eighth person, Gov is No. 9. Peeker and Bac, if you're in that's 11. And I'm sure we can find at least one more person if not three.

If you need a 12th let me know and I'll do it. If not I'm good with that too.

Thanks.

Finally someone else who uses Yahoo. Just wish I would've saw this earlier. You mind going up to 14?

And has anyone else seen that Yahoo started a thing called Pro Leagues? Seems like a scam.

Yahoo would be making $70 per league with a $20 entry fee and $300 per league with a $100 entry fee. Wow.

Gov, Rat, Bac---PM or email me your first names and team names, so I have an idea of who is who. We're combining different groups of people here for this league and I'd like to have an idea of who's who!
