Ohio State sophomore cornerback Dominic Clarke is scheduled to be arraigned in Franklin County Municipal Court today on at least three misdemeanor charges —– including operating a vehicle impaired that came from a traffic stop Saturday by campus police
He was judged to be impaired by the arresting officer, though the report also said a breath test registered “low levels.”

Apparently he has led the charge in their very succesful Indy recruiting, which is a big area of focus for Meyer.
