Oooooo, I'll take some action on GB giving only 5 in Lambeau.

Same guy also said, ironically, poor weather would likely make the Saints less of a dog, as their run game is much better.

He's been under pressure all season. Been sacked more than Colt. Been going on all year, but you notice it now that the Packers finally have a bad game.

now? He's winning games with Antonio Brown and Mike Wallace. Not exactly superstars by any stretch.
Again..a good or great QB can make plays with whatever is around him in this day and age in the NFL.

I know its not exactly the point here, but Wallace and Brown are some nice receivers IMO.
I watched Favre succeed with guys like Schreoder and others who had no buisness cashing NFL checks. Seriously, I know how things ended up and how brutal the end of his career went, but they royally fucked farve in his prime as far as surrounding him with a decent team. Its a testimate to how good he was when that team continued to win 10 games or more about every year. This team Rodgers is on is an order of magnitude better than any team Farve was on save for 95 and 96. The 97 team wasn't as good as either of those despite getting back to the SB.
Anyways yah, a great QB can make plays with shitty support. Real shitty in some cases.

And personally I was never much for Freeman, I thought he was overrated.
Sterling was by far the best receiver Favre had and he was gone two years after Favre got the starting gig.

I don't think it will make any difference. NO and Brees are in the zone and at home and Matty melted Ice hasn't proved he can win a playoff game. Albeit Ryan has a small playoff sample size, but I believe in the prove you can do it first before I assume he can.

The Saints have changed my mind. I've been saying Packers/Steelers rematch since day one. I'm now saying Saints over the Ravens.

I have been saying this since the last quarter of the season.
I think it's the likeliest scenario.
The AFC is shit, straight up. Only the Texans can play Defense, but it's not a early 2000s Ravens type unit.
The Patriots can at least run with anyone
The Saints can put 50 up on anyone at this point, and that will win them their 2nd Super Bowl
Crazy what if scenario.
WHAT IF the Chargers had taken a gamble and kept Brees in 2004, and traded down from #1 to take Larry Fitzgerald (or just took him #1)
Brees, Tomlinson and Fitzgerald, how many Super Bowls would that team have won? With the Defense it was running..
OR would Marty still have figured a way to choke it in the playoffs?
