1) Do you believe in ghosts?
I believe in the paranormal, but not categorically "ghosts" as in the souls of the dead staying in this realm. A tentative yes on this question.

2) Biggest fear now and as a child?
Politicians. First in the "Land of Confusion" video by Genesis, now in practice with the domestic/global landscape.

3) Scariest thing to happen to you?
Flight into Chicago, plane dropped who knows how many hundreds/thousands of feet while going through turbulence. Worst.....moment......ever.

4) Scariest movie ever?
Hmnmm, Halloween, the 1st Nightmare on Elm Street, Paranormal Activity

5) Best Halloween costume?
When I go as Pat Shurmer's offense next year. I'll go around randomly throwing footballs at inanimate objects then kick it somewhere every 4th try.

I think 99% of what you see out there is BS. Like most people, I believe some some paranormal things do happen.

2) Biggest fear now and as a child?

As a kid - something bad happening to my parents. Now - something bad happening to my kids.

3) Scariest thing to happen to you?

Back in 2004, as hit head on by a lady who had a stroke, drove across the median, and slammed into me doing 40 MPH. My pickup flipped twice and I had no seatbelt on. Somehow walked away without a scratch.

4) Scariest movie ever?

Probably The Shining. French horror film a few people in the movies forum turned me on to ... High Tension, was terrifying as well.

5) Best Halloween costume?

Was at a party back in the day where a couple went as a brick and a bricklayer. Always thought that was hysterical.

1) I don't know, I wonder how much is fake and what is the truth. A part of me thinks that not all of these people are making shit shit up.

2) Now- probably extreme heights, I get vertigo. But I love roller coasters. Child- See below.

3) I was about 9 years old riding my bike home as it was getting dark and I passed this thick stand of trees. The next thing i know this huge dog comes charging out of the trees growling and snarling, it chased me all the way home. Luckily my dad was taking the trash out and he grabbed a shovel from the garage and cracked in right in the head as it came running up the driveway. The police called animal control to pick up the body and we later found it was rabid. Didn't get bitten though. A Huffy has never been pedaled that fast... ever.

2) A Nightmare On Elm Street. I was about 6 or 7 when my brother and I sneaked downstairs after my parents went to bed and popped the VHS in and didn't sleep for a while afterwards.

1) Saw a guy dressed as Joe Bauserman. "What's scarier than watching Bauserman throw the ball?" HAH!

When the girl I was dating at the time came down with Bell's Palsy, which caused half of her face to freeze and droop. I was really concerned she was halving a stroke.

Big Momma's House 3. Despite never having seen it, the fact that this movie and I occur in the same universe terrifies me.

5) Best Halloween costume?
I don't think I've ever had a decent costume. Halloween isn't really my thing.

I was a cashier at a store, and was robbed at gunpoint once. Never been more scared.

3) Scariest thing to happen to you? Got boozed up and drove a 3 wheeler through a friend's field. Hit a ditch and went flying. I landed 20 feet later with my head right next to a metal stake sticking 3 feet out of the ground. Another 6 inches to the right and I'd have died.

4) Scariest movie ever? Blair Witch

5) Best Halloween costume? Slutty anything. Clearly.

now - the usual family man stuff. Kidnapping and such. Also ghosts.

Child - either coming up the stairs of my darkened basement (it always sounded like something was right behind me). Or Amelia Erhardt. I remember seeing this one hour show about missing people cases. All of the photos were those old creepy grainy black and white photos. For some reason it really fucked my shit up. I found the whole thing terrifying. Amelia was one f them.

3) Scariest thing to happen to you?

When in was a kid I was on my way to the bus stop. Must have been about 5th grade. My friend and I would stop and take some old lady's garbage out on Tuesday's. On day, she let us in and a few seconds later she just dropped to the floor. In thought she was dead. I remember everything started to swim and lose focus. My friend told me I screamed. I think I was in shock. My friend held it together and called 911. I was as useful as peekers nipples. (she was OK btw).

4) Scariest movie ever?

As a kid, the Omen scared the crap out of me.

As an adult, the Blair Witch Project, and it isn't close. And fuck you tough guys who think that's lame.
