It's really hard to tell from that shitty video. Dude had doubles, so we'll see.

I feel bad for the people living around there, it's going to raining bullets.

OT: but the crowd here might find this as funny as I did.

An enterprising gang of porn producers kidnapped a Saddam Hussein lookalike last week, with the hopes of forcing him to perform in a sex tape that they planned to sell as “found footage.”

Mohamed Bishr told Ahram Online that three men in black suits forced him into a van while he was on his way to a cafe in Alexandria, Egypt last Sunday.

“The three men, who had guns hanging from their belts, forced me out of my car and shoved me into a van, hitting my head,” Bishr recalled from his hospital bed. But he caught a break when the men began arguing amongst themselves and eventually tossed him out of the van.

Bishr had earlier refused an offer from an unidentified group that offered him $333,000 to appear as Hussein in a sex tape, according to his son, Mahmoud.

The son said that the group had threatened to kidnap or hurt him if he didn’t comply.

Bishr, a devout Egyptian Muslim, has been been forced to move four times because harassment due to his resemblance to Hussein.

There is a pretty sweet video of Gadhafi's dead corpse being kicked around in the street. Hopefully this furthers the transformation of that region. Would be nice if they joined us and got out of the 7th century.

That story is awesome, but so damn twisted. I am interested in seeing what a muslim female porn star looks like. Should be an easy clean up from the money shot since her face if covered anyway.

Linkage?

Gadhafi wasn't even a Muslim. Dude was Johnny Walker's biggest fan and was one of Pablo Escobar's biggest clients. Guy did enough blow to kill 3 horses and Rick James.

He is wasting his October surprise early, and its too bad he can't get the rest of the left on the bandwagon, cause we'd (Republicans of course) would be in big trouble in the House and Senate.

We need to get the fuck outta this barbaric Middle East shit unless we are installing dictators. Helping these middle age wonders seems misguided. I can't help but feeling, after Saddam, Mubarek, and Ghadaffi that this is only going to end up badly for the United States. I'm not sure if the brutal dictator route isn't the better one.

So that means you have no interest in going to Iran? Good. We can't afford another war.

And I still want to know why we're sending military advisors to to Uganda.

That post was due to me taking off my know everything hat, I guess after witnessing the hands on approach, the hands off, the full scale military, the behind the scenes military, and the tin pot puppet dictator, I choose dictator.

I have beyond 0 interest in going into Iran, but an interest in stopping their nuclear ability??? The whole arena of the ME just has me puzzled at the moment, and I'm thinking gross self interest may be the best policy.

The Uganda shit is just another factor in my thinking. Why? I was never a huge fan of spreading democracy, but bought into it as an overall strategic move to lesson the threat of ME terror. FEH on all of it... Wasted American lives for some worthless sand... Oops almost increased list of hate past blacks, gays, and the poor.

You should read what some of the shitfarts on YouTube are saying about this guy. Weeping over the fact that Libya "had the highest standard of living in Africa" and "Gadhafi gave his people education, homes, and money from the oil revenue"..... So? Why did they put a bullet in his head? Did they get sick of those fat oil checks?

This is how regime change should go down, not 1 American soldier killed and the people doing the bulk of the fighting themselves. Let's just hope something positive fills the void.

Really not sure if this region of the world is ready for democracy. Pretty hard going from a strong dictatorship to democracy with no proper political systems, processes or real local experience with it.

Pretty good chance that one or more of these nations fall into lawlessnes or Muslim secretarian rule. The islamic rule hasn't really worked out too well in other nations in the past. Maybe Malaysia is the best Islamic state and even it has massive political corruption, scandals and generally underperforms from an economic and developmental standpoint versus it's peers.

Hopefully this works out but I think it is very high risk for the local people and high risk for the world.

The leader of Libya's transitional government has announced that the nation will be ruled by Islamic Sharia law. Sharia will be the "basic source for all law" in Libya, Mustafa Abdul Jalil told thousands of supporters at a "liberation" ceremony in Benghazi yesterday. Current laws that contradict the teachings of Islam will be nullified, he added. New banks will be established because Islamic law bans the charging of interest, reports CBS News. "We are now united. We have become brothers in love. This revolution was looked after by God to achieve victory," Jalil told the crowd.

Leaders will form an interim government within a month, and parliamentary elections will eventually be held, he added. President Obama issued a statement yesterday saying that "Libyan authorities should continue living up to their commitments to respect human rights, begin a national reconciliation process, secure weapons and dangerous materials, and bring together armed groups under a unified civilian leadership."
