Did I have to lay the run-and-a-half with the Phillies????
I am usually able to lose on my own without help from the bookkeeper.
Please recalculate me. I think I'm at 1007. A new PR for plus side this late into a game. Thanks.

My bad ... will fix it JP. Sorry bud.

Am I going to get any explanation as far as to why it was ok to change the initial ruling. As someone to contributes a lot to the different contests I believe something should be said?

I'm not sure what to tell you ... since the game was stopped in progress, my initial thought was to leave leave all wagers the same. As if the game had a couple hour rain delay. In that event, despite the fact new pitchers would have started the resumption, the bets would stay in place.

This game resumed the next day. Upon seeing people say locals and onlines cancelled the bets, I decided to give people the option to pull back, which I felt was the fairest way to handle it.

It sucks you didn't log on that day to see the ruling. But to cancel yours would mean doing it for everyone, including people who kept their wagers in tact and won.

I understand that however I did check that day and initially you said that all bets stayed. It was then that you posted a couple of hours before the game that you would let people take them back. It is not fair to only give people a couple hours to check it and change the picks. While I still disagree with the initial decision to keep the picks I was ok with it because it was locked. But then you let people change with a 2 hour notice which is totally unfair.

I am not just saying this because I lost the bet but also because I was forced to take the old odds which that in itself wasnt right? The odds would have been totally different and people ended up making money off that.

The whole situation is a mess but to change your mind the second time is what I have a problem with.

I apologize. I posted over 4 hours before game time that people could pull back if they wanted to. Again, in rain delayed games ... it happens all the time where new pitchers come out to restart the game, and bets always stand in those cases. In this event, with a restart the following night, I decided to give people the option to pull back if they wanted, and allow no new $ on the game.

I understand that I just think its unfair to switch your mind twice. I checked it in the morning set my bets for the day and I dont check it again until the next day. There was no reason to thats my only issue that I think is unfair. No worries though I will get over it.
